Charles is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in the construction and rail sectors. He has successfully delivered multi-million-pound projects for some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile environments, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and client management skills.

Through his consultancy, OCG, Charles has acted as a high-end project manager and project director, supporting major clients across London’s transport and commercial infrastructure. His track record includes delivering significant projects within both TfL and Network Rail estates, as well as high-value commercial schemes.

Working via OCG, he has supported companies such as SSE Enterprise Rail/ Enerveo, managing critical UPS renewal projects across the TfL network, and with Mace Group, where he oversaw large-scale station upgrades, including the expansion of the Bakerloo ticket hall.

Across all assignments, Charles has been responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

In 2022, building on years of successful consultancy work, Charles made the strategic decision to expand OCG from not only providing consultancy services but also operating as a fully functional construction company. This allowed OCG to deliver projects directly, combining consultancy-level expertise with full in-house contracting capability.
