EMMA BANNISTER
Assistant Project Manager
Emma began her career in the rail industry in 2017, starting in document control with a background in business. She quickly advanced within SSE Rail/ Enerveo, gaining experience on NEC Option A rail contracts in London.
During this time, she supported coordination and management activities on high-profile projects, including the LUL 4LM and VFP–WAML schemes.
In 2021, Emma progressed to the role of Assistant Project Manager, contributing to the successful delivery of the LUL Lot 1 UPS Replacement Project across 22 sites, working alongside Charles Grix and the wider OCG team.
She officially joined OCG as an Assistant Project Manager in July 2025, bringing her expertise and dedication to support the continued growth and expansion of OCG Contracting Ltd.
