We are delighted to confirm that OCG Contracting has been appointed by Knight Frank to undertake comprehensive strip-out and construction works at 54 Gloucester Road.

The scope of works includes:

  • Complete removal of all existing assets within the worksite

  • Dismantling and removal of the existing spiral staircase

  • Installation of new structural steel beams and a supporting column

  • Construction and installation of a new timber staircase

  • Installation of a manhole over the existing drainage infrastructure
